How long does the design process take?

Once you've paid I'll get in touch to get all the assets I need and after that you'll get your template within 1-2 weeks

Can I make changes to the design?

Absolutely - I'll give you plenty of opportunities to give me your feedback so I can make amends before handing it over to you and then you'll be able to make any amends you like in future too as the template is designed within your Klaviyo account so it's super easy to use

Will you be able to help me with any updates?

If you want updates after our time together and your amends have been carried out just let me know as I may be able top help. If you've had a full rebrand or a new email template is needed then you'll need to book in again

How long do I have to access the masterclasses?

Forever! These will be yours to access forever and whenever you need them and if I add any new masterclasses in future you'll also get access to those

Do I get access to you for help and questions?

Of course! As this is a done-for-you service we'll be working together so I am available for questions, if they fall outside of this particular project I might suggest you look at my other services though :)

If you're struggling to stay consistent with emails, buy this template!

I absolutely hated sending emails as I was creating new ones from scratch all the time and they never turned out how I envisioned, so I was never consistent with my email marketing and my list was not engaged. With this DIY template though, after the initial set up, emails only take me 5 minutes to create and they look great and professional. I'm now consistently emailing my list and hopefully warming them up again! The accompanying videos and examples were also really handy and highlighted some Klaviyo processes I missed. I'd highly recommend this template if you're struggling with your emails!
