This course was the perfect starting point for helping me action a move to Klaviyo - something I'd wanted to do for a while, but never got round to. It was also at the right pace so everyone could understand steps needed, and I'm pleased I now have some flows up and running - and already have some great results.

The Ecomm BFF membership is such an incredible resource and community for small and growing businesses with Shopify stores. It's a lovely community of encouraging business owners (whose stores I've loved browsing for inspiration!), and being able to have all manner of Shopify questions quickly answered by Elle has been unbelievably helpful. It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable in the technical side of Shopify, while also being a complete expert on the more "businessy" side of things throughout the sales funnel, from acquiring new customers with email marketing on Klaviyo, to optimising your product pages for high conversion. And as someone who has the attention span of a goldfish and is a bit rubbish at sticking with any training (and has seen all sorts of pretty questionable resources and courses), Elle's training in the resource hub is probably all you'd ever need not just to get started on Shopify and Klaviyo but to really get the most out of them both to increase sales - it's super clear, easy to digest, and really really comprehensive.

I joined back in Aug / Sept 2025 (I wish I had joined earlier) I joined because my shop had been created by an agency at the time the agency had captured my vision and created something which I would have struggled to create on my own, especially being neurodivergent but I struggled to maintain my shop once the contract was over. Any question I asked was replied with book an extra 1:1 hour and even that was hard work. Navigating my way around the shop that had all the different functions shopify offers was overwhelming. I had followed Elle on IG for a while but was reluctant to join because I thought do I need another membership will it help? As soon as I joined I went into my first office hour with Elle, I was blown away by her shopify knowledge, and her patience to navigate our questions / queries around shopify and email marketing- Klaviyo. I knew this was the right membership for me. Elle also has a community where we can ask questions, and she always comes back with support or solutions. Honestly if you were sitting on the fence like I was then don’t, Elle and her team are so supportive and not only that you have other business owners in there who you can also learn from. It’s the best investment I've made this year! I’m hoping in 2026 I can finally tackle my Klaviyo and squeeze in a 1:1 with Elle to get my shop fully functioning in the right way that’s my goal for 2026, if it’s yours then you won’t regret the membership.

There’s so much advice out there it’s really easy to be so overwhelmed.
I find Elle’s programme incredibly clear and practical; sometimes when you’re running a business you just need someone to tell you what needs to be done (and why) and this programme completely does this.

Honestly one of the most life-changing things I stumbled across whilst setting up my small business. Elle made everything so much easier and I could trust her judgement rather than going in completely blind. Would not start an e-commerce site without it!

I've only recently joined but found a wealth of information to uplevel my website. The only thing that could make it better would be more lives - not necessarily for workshops etc (I've got enough on my To Do List haha) but for quiet co-working. I find this can be really helpful if ever that felt it might be relevant/possible for this group. Otherwise, faultless, really enjoying this space!

The best decision I made this year is sign up for this 6 month pass. I have been burnt by many coaches in the past and for a while I had major trust issues so I tried to figure our everything on my own. I needed technical help with my website and email to bring me more sales and Elle gives me exactly that. I have received more help and support than all of my previous coaches put together and more!
I love the Office hour calls when you can share your problem and you do get the answer you need. The Slack platform is where you get to ask question gets answered within a day sometimes hours! It's an excellent service I think every small business owner needs! Thank you!
