I’m Elle, I specialise in all things ecommerce for small businesses. I created The Ecommerce Assistant to help busy brand owners make more sales on their own websites by teaching them how to use Shopify + Klaviyo.

How long does the template take to edit?

This depends on how fast you learn and work. But if you watch the training videos and get started right away you could be ready in under 2 hours!

How do I access the template and videos?

Once you purchase the template, you'll need to add me as a user in your Klaviyo account. I'll then share it with you (usually within 24h) and you can start editing right away. You access the videos straight away too as these will be emailed over to you right away.

How long do I have to access the training videos?

Forever! These will be yours to access forever and whenever you need them and if I add any new masterclasses in future you'll also get access to those too

Do I get access to you for help and questions?

If you're struggling to stay consistent with emails, buy this template!

I absolutely hated sending emails as I was creating new ones from scratch all the time and they never turned out how I envisioned, so I was never consistent with my email marketing and my list was not engaged. With this DIY template though, after the initial set up, emails only take me 5 minutes to create and they look great and professional.
