How long do I have access?

Forever. The kit is a PDF download which you can keep and use forever. Please remember that it's only for you and not to share it round with your friends.

How do I access the kit?

The guide will be delivered to you via email as a PDF file which you can download and keep. If you have any problems just pop me an email hello@theeecommerceassistant.com

Will you be updating the kit?

As this is a PDF download which has taken me time to write and compile examples for I won't be able to update it and send everyone a new copy. If major things change on Shopify, I may release a new version in future but you can always stay up-to-date with any news via my email list which you can join here.

Do I get access to you for help and questions?

Unfortunately not. This is a resource for you to read and use yourself in your own time. If you have any questions or want to discuss working together to further your knowledge of ecommerce then please do get in touch or take a look at my training packages.

I like the checklists included in some of the chapters as they provide something to think about. Love the 'Elle recommends' bit too!
