How long do I have access?

Forever. The course materials and videos are yours to access as long as you need them. If I add anything to the modles you'll also gain access to that too.

How do I access the course materials?

The course is hosted on Searchie, a fantastic and easy-to-use course platform. Once you've purchased the course, you'll get an email with how to access the platform and how to set up your Klaviyo account. As soon as you log in there is a welcome video which shows you around but if you do get stuck just pop me an email hello@theeecommerceassistant.com

Will you be updating the course?

If things change on Klaviyo, I'll make sure your videos and resources are updated to reflect this. But I won't be adding any new modules to the course, if you'd like to start taking your Klaviyo account to the next level, I'll have an advanced course coming soon or you can always work with me 1:1

Do I get access to you for help?

Yes! The unique aspect of my online courses is that you do get access to me. I love working with clients 1:1 and I want to try and help as much as possible through my online learning too.
